Our Destinations
We do not choose destinations for their prestige or their convenience. We choose them because something about the place — the light, the history, the scale, the pace — creates the conditions for a different quality of thinking. Each destination in our portfolio has been visited, vetted, and experienced by our team before it ever appears in a program.

The Canadian Rockies offer something rare in the modern executive's world: genuine silence. The scale of the landscape — the peaks, the valleys, the glacial lakes — has a way of putting the problems of the boardroom in their proper proportion. We have been running programs here since our founding, and it remains our most requested destination.

We run a single program here each year, for a cohort of eight.
2027 Programs
Our 2027 calendar opens with two Signature programs — one in the Canadian wilderness, one in the heart of Lisbon's innovation district. Both are strictly limited in size.
